Hay una obsesi\u00f3n por controlar la ingesta de hidratos y sumar prote\u00ednas, pero tambi\u00e9n se buscan alimentos placenteros, entonces surgen estos productos\u201d, reflexiona Ayzaguer.<\/p>\n<p>Es com\u00fan que la boller\u00eda elaborada con harinas proteicasreemplace la leche tradicional por la de almendras y que no utilice huevos, de esa manera es apta para veganos y personas intolerantes a la lactosa. Adem\u00e1s, muchas recetas adicionan una o dos cucharas de polvo de prote\u00ednas (un suplemento dietario).<\/p>\n<p>Quiz\u00e1s la propiedad m\u00e1s importante de las harinas proteicas radique en su poder saciante.
