En la poblaci\u00f3n se han instalado h\u00e1bitos que no son saludables y con una sana alimentaci\u00f3n le ponemos barreras a esta patolog\u00eda\u201d, coment\u00f3 la profesional.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la alimentaci\u00f3n saludable?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">Es la alimentaci\u00f3n que diariamente ofrece los nutrientes que se necesitan para el funcionamiento adecuado del organismo, para tener energ\u00eda, mantener la salud, estudiar, trabajar y sentirse bien.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo tener una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Tome a diario ocho vasos de agua segura.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Limite el consumo de gaseosas y bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Consuma por d\u00eda cinco porciones entre frutas y verduras en variedad de tipos y colores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013Reduzca el uso de la sal. Puede reemplazarla por condimentos arom\u00e1ticos (perejil, albahaca, tomillo, etc.).<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Evite frituras y alimentos con elevado contenido de grasas, az\u00facar y sal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Consuma diariamente leche, yogur o queso, preferentemente descremados.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Incorpore carnes rojas y blancas (retirando la grasa visible) y aumente el consumo de huevo y pescado.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Consuma legumbres (poroto, lenteja), cereales integrales (arroz, harina de trigo), papa, batata, y choclo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Consuma aceite crudo como condimento, frutas secas o semillas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">-Cocine los alimentos preferentemente a la plancha, parrilla, al vapor o hervidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 aportan los alimentos que se deben consumir a diario?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Frutas y verduras: aportan vitaminas, minerales, agua y fibras.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Legumbres, cereales, pan, pastas, papa, choclo: aporta energ\u00eda y fibra.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013 Leche, yogur, y quesos: aportan prote\u00ednas y calcio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"selectionShareable\">\u2013
