Con el panorama agobiante, se encienden otra vez las alarmas por los famosos golpes de calor.<\/p>\n<div id=\"cnx9Up1l2KYfyq\" class=\"col-md-8 col-sm-12 col-xs-12 pb-layout-item pb-chain pb-c-list-chain full center-align\">\n<div id=\"ffZ8GC1l2KYfyq\" class=\"wrapper clearfix full pb-feature pb-layout-item pb-f-article-body no-align\">\n<div id=\"article-body\" class=\"article-body article-body-elements\">\n<div id=\"article-content\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">El calor intenso y sostenido durante varios d\u00edas puede acarrear la p\u00e9rdida de agua y sales esenciales para el organismo. El agotamiento ocurre m\u00e1s frecuentemente en escenarios de humedad, lo que dificulta la p\u00e9rdida de temperatura por sudor. En general cuando se habla de ola de calor significa que haya al menos tres d\u00edas consecutivos con m\u00e1s de 30 grados de m\u00e1xima.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">Si bien afecta a personas de cualquier edad, especialmente los ni\u00f1os y los ancianos son los que menos compensan la p\u00e9rdida de l\u00edquido por la transpiraci\u00f3n y la orina. \u00abLos grupos de riesgo m\u00e1s vulnerables son los menores de un a\u00f1o y, en el otro extremo, los mayores, especialmente aquellas personas que tengan enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas que puedan predisponer a este problema, como insuficiencia renal y card\u00edaca, pacientes que se realizan di\u00e1lisis, ancianos que est\u00e1n internados en geri\u00e1tricos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">Las se\u00f1ales del golpe de calor var\u00edan de una persona a otra, pero suelen incluir una temperatura corporal extremadamente elevada -por encima de 39.5\u00b0C-, dolores de cabeza, n\u00e1useas, mareos y piel enrojecida, caliente y seca (sin sudor). Tambi\u00e9n dejar al margen el alcohol, ya que aumenta la temperatura corporal y las p\u00e9rdidas de l\u00edquido. Por el contrario, se debe tomar agua constantemente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">-No realizar\u00a0actividad f\u00edsica intensa, en ambientes calurosos o expuestos al sol en horarios entre la media ma\u00f1ana y la tarde.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\"><strong>Consejos para los ni\u00f1os<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">-No esperar que pidan agua.
