Pero muchas personas no cuentan con el tiempo para realizar rutinas largas.<\/p>\n<p>Ante este problema, el fisioterapeuta australiano Kusal Goonewardena cre\u00f3 un plan para las personas que no tienen tanta disponibilidad horaria.<\/p>\n<p>Lo importante de estos ejercicios es que equivale a un entrenamiento moderado de 30 minutos en el gimnasio.<\/p>\n<p>El plan de Kusal consiste en un entrenamiento que no supera los tres minutos y tiene descansos entre ejercicios. Cuenta con actividades de salto y de correr.<\/p>\n<p>Esta rutina tiene series que duran 20 segundos y se repiten 10 veces.
