Un postre bien cremoso, ideal para que nuestros ni\u00f1os crezcan fuertes.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-8 col-md-push-4 sombra-interior textonota\">\n<p><b>Mazamorra I<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 250 grs. de Ma\u00edz Blanco<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 750 cc3 de Leche o Agua<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dejar en remojo el ma\u00edz blanco durante dos horas. Hervirlo hasta que est\u00e9 blando, retirar del fuego y enfriar. Colarlo e incorporarlo en la leche o agua. Chorrear sobre la preparaci\u00f3n, miel l\u00edquida, melaza o az\u00facar. Se le puede condimentar con canela en polvo.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los gustos, en el momento del hervor, se le puede agregar cascaritas de naranja, lim\u00f3n o chauchas de vainilla, para incorporar otro gusto. Los primeros pobladores utilizaban mieles naturales de abeja o avispa.-<\/p>\n<p><b>Mazamorra II<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00bd kg de ma\u00edz blanco<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Agua, cantidad necesaria<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 \u00bc Cucharadita de bicarbonato de sodio<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Leche a gusto<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Az\u00facar a gusto<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Remojar durante 10 horas el ma\u00edz.<\/li>\n<li>Cambiarle el agua y hacerlo hervir en una cacerola, preferentemente de barro.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir agua caliente a medida que se evapore la que hierve.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando el ma\u00edz est\u00e9 a medio cocer, agregar el bicarbonato.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar espesar removiendo con una esp\u00e1tula de madera, hasta que el ma\u00edz est\u00e9 bien blando.<\/li>\n<li>Servir caliente o fr\u00edo con leche y az\u00facar.<\/li>\n<li>Puede mezclarse dulce o compota, miel o jalea de acuerdo al gusto.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Fuente: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmiradordiario.com.ar\/nota\/comerbeber\/85091\/como-preparar-mazamorra-bien-tucumana.html\">http:\/\/www.elmiradordiario.com.ar\/nota\/comerbeber\/85091\/como-preparar-mazamorra-bien-tucumana.html\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es uno de los postres t\u00edpicos del norte argentino.
