Se sabe tambi\u00e9n que dormir poco afecta la regulaci\u00f3n\u00a0metab\u00f3lica,\u00a0aumenta la\u00a0ansiedad, causa accidentes automovil\u00edsticos, reduce la energ\u00eda f\u00edsica y la capacidad cognitiva, entre otros problemas. No se sab\u00eda, hasta este que lo revel\u00f3 este nuevo\u00a0estudio\u00a0de las universidades de Keele, Manchester, East Anglia y\u00a0Leeds, que\u00a0<strong>dormir mucho tambi\u00e9n es malo: aumenta el riesgo de problemas card\u00edacos y de muerte prematura<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">Los investigadores analizaron los\u00a0<strong>datos de 74 estudios, que cubren un total de 3 millones de participantes<\/strong>,\u00a0y hallaron que a<strong>quellas personas que\u00a0duermen 10 horas diarias ten\u00edan una riesgo 30% m\u00e1s alto de morir de manera temprana<\/strong>\u00a0en comparaci\u00f3n con las que duermen bien.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-xs-12 col-print-12\">\n<p class=\"element element-paragraph\">En el caso de los que duermen m\u00e1s de 10 horas, el detalle indic\u00f3 que c<strong>orren un peligro 56% mayor de morir de un derrame cerebral y un 49% mayor de morir de enfermedades cardiovasculares<\/strong>\u00a0que aquellos que duermen normalmente.
