De esta manera la Provincia de Buenos Aires\u00a0tramita la Promulgaci\u00f3n de un Proyecto de Ley, sancionado por la Honorable Legislatura el 26 de abril de 2018.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La norma faculta a la Agencia de Recaudaci\u00f3n Provincial (ARBA) a eximir de ese impuesto a los titulares de dominio con diez a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad y ser\u00e1 solo para una unidad automotor, autom\u00f3vil o camioneta de uso particular de cualquier marca y modelo.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"htmlinline \"><ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-7781556717282971\" data-ad-slot=\"9383133609\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Beneficia a los titulares de dominio domiciliados en la Provincia de Buenos Aires que sean ex soldados conscriptos combatientes de las Fuerzas Armadas y Seguridad y civiles que hayan estado en el denominado Teatro de Operaciones Malvinas o combatiendo en el \u00e1rea del Teatro de Operaciones del Atl\u00e1ntico Sur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Se otorga en reconocimiento al sacrificio realizado y est\u00e1 orientado a la asistencia y protecci\u00f3n de los ex soldados.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La norma hab\u00eda sido impulsada por el Frente Renovador y fue sancionada por la C\u00e1mara de Diputados.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Alcanzar\u00e1 a 3.500 soldados conscriptos y civiles de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, quienes representan el 50% del padr\u00f3n nacional de ex combatientes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Fuente: https:\/\/www.elintransigente.com\/politica\/2018\/5\/28\/los-ex-combatientes-de-malvinas-quedan-exentos-del-pago-del-impuesto-automotor-493101.html<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los ex combatientes de Malvinas quedan exentos\u00a0del pago del impuesto automotor.
